Address changes requested within six hours of order placement may be accommodated if fulfilment has not yet commenced. To request a change, please email Support@parallelwh.com with your order reference and the corrected address. Once an order has entered preparation or dispatch stages, address updates may no longer be possible.


2. Changes to Order Contents or Cancellation

If you need to adjust your order selection, including size, colour, or item removal, please contact us within six hours of completing your purchase. Requests should include your order number and clear details of the change and be sent to Support@parallelwh.com. As adjustments are handled manually, confirmation emails may not immediately reflect the update. Requests received outside the stated timeframe may not be accepted.

Sizing guidance is provided on each product listing to assist with choosing the most suitable fit. Customers are encouraged to take accurate body measurements and compare them directly with the measurements shown, as garment fit may vary depending on design, cut, and fabric.

While Elencouture maintains internal sizing standards, slight differences may occur between styles due to fabric composition, construction techniques, or silhouette. For the most reliable reference, always consult the size information displayed on the specific product page before placing an order.


5. Customs Charges and Import Fees

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or administrative charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the recipient. Customers are advised to consult local customs authorities or the delivery carrier in advance to understand potential costs.
